1C-Bitrix support and content automation

One retainer covers both halves of running a Bitrix site: a senior engineer on incidents and updates, and an AI assistant that publishes and maintains content so you stop paying people to copy text into the admin panel.

from $190/month

How do you cut the cost of content support on a Bitrix site?

Bitrix support automation combines technical support for a 1C-Bitrix site with AI-driven content operations under one monthly retainer. The technical half is ordinary senior engineering work: fixing incidents, updating modules, checking backups, keeping PHP and MySQL healthy. The content half is where the cost drops — an AI assistant connected to Bitrix through MCP creates, edits, schedules, and publishes content from a chat, so routine updates no longer need a dedicated content manager or an agency ticket. Outsourcing Bitrix content support this way starts at $190 a month, which is a fraction of a part-time editor, and the workflow stays yours: you approve what goes live, the assistant does the clicking.

What the retainer covers

Running a Bitrix site splits into two very different jobs: keeping it technically healthy, and keeping its content current. Agencies bill both by the ticket, which is why content support quietly becomes the larger invoice. Here the engineering work stays human and the routine content work moves to an AI assistant connected to Bitrix, so the monthly cost stops scaling with the number of text edits.

Agency retainer vs support with automation

Typical Bitrix agency

  • → Every text change is a billable ticket
  • → Content manager salary on top of the retainer
  • → Account manager between you and the developer
  • → Multilingual pages drift out of sync

Support plus AI automation

  • → Routine content updates run through the assistant
  • → From $190/month, no extra editor to employ
  • → You talk to the engineer doing the work
  • → Both language versions updated in one pass

Business

from $490/mo

Four-hour response on business days, AI content automation set up and maintained, up to 12 hours of work.

Critical

from $890/mo

Same-day response including weekends, monitoring with escalation, priority releases, hours agreed per quarter.

How the handover works

  1. 01

    Audit the site

I go through the Bitrix version, installed modules, backups, error logs, and the current content workflow, then send a short list of what is fragile and what is expensive.

  2. 02

    Take over support

Access, monitoring, and a backup policy are set up on the first week, so incidents come to me instead of to your team.

  3. 03

    Automate content updates

An AI assistant is connected to Bitrix through MCP and tested on real publications: news, catalogue text, landing sections, SEO fields, scheduling.

  4. 04

    Report every month

You get a monthly report: incidents handled, updates applied, content published, and what I recommend doing next.

Multilingual content support

Two language versions usually mean double the content work, which is where teams quietly give up and let the second language rot. The site you are reading runs full English and Russian parity — every page, meta tag, and structured-data block — checked automatically on every build. The same approach applies to a Bitrix site: the assistant updates both versions in one pass, and the build fails if they drift apart.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Bitrix support cost?

From $190 a month for the Basic tier, which covers updates, backups, and incidents within one working day. Most content-heavy sites take the Business tier at $490 because it includes the AI content automation that replaces manual editing work. Both are cheaper than employing a part-time editor.

Can you take over support from our current agency?

Yes, and it is the usual case. I need repository or FTP access, database access, hosting credentials, and whatever documentation exists. The audit week exists precisely to find what the previous team left undocumented before anything changes.

How does an AI assistant publish to 1C-Bitrix?

Through an MCP connection to the site, with a scoped account: it can create and edit the content types you allow, fill SEO fields, attach images, and schedule publication. It cannot touch code, users, or payment settings.

Do we lose editorial control?

No. The default workflow is draft-and-approve: the assistant prepares the page, you approve it in a chat or in the admin panel, and only then it goes live. Teams that get comfortable usually widen that for routine updates like news and price changes.

What if the site is on an old Bitrix version?

That is common and it is handled in the audit. Sometimes the update path is straightforward; sometimes a custom module blocks it and we plan the work separately. Support does not wait for the upgrade — incidents get fixed either way.

Is there a content update SLA?

Yes. Routine content requests go out the same working day on the Business tier, and technical incidents follow the response time of your tier. The monthly report shows every request against the agreed SLA.

Can you also support a site that is not on Bitrix?

Yes — WordPress and Drupal use the same setup, and custom Java or PHP applications fall under general technical maintenance. Bitrix has its own page because its support market and its content workflow are specific enough to describe separately.
