What does the $199 fee include?

Project setup in Mia Handles, MCP connection to your CMS, credential wiring, a first publish test, and a short handoff so you can operate the assistant yourself.

Are Mia Handles or hosting fees included?

No. $199 is setup only. You keep your own Mia Handles plan and CMS hosting.

Can I manage content from Telegram?

Yes. After setup you can draft, upload images, set SEO metadata, and publish or schedule from Telegram — or from the site where Mia is available.

How long does setup take?

Typically a few days after CMS access is ready, including the test publish and handoff call.

Who owns the bot and credentials?

You do. I configure them for you; access stays under your accounts.

Do you support English and Russian?

Yes. We can run the intro Zoom in English or Russian, and content workflows can follow the language your site needs.

Is this the same as hiring an AI developer for a custom bot?

No. This package is a focused Mia Handles content-manager setup. Custom AI bots and assistants are separate services on the site.

Is this a content support automation service or a subscription?

The setup is a one-time service. If you want ongoing CMS content automation with someone accountable for the site as well, the 1C-Bitrix support and content automation retainer covers both, starting at $190 a month.
