Adapt the Mia Handles AI assistant for your business
Mia Handles is a live AI assistant already serving people in Telegram in 10+ languages. I adapt that engine to your company — your workflow, your data, your CRM — so you get an AI agent in weeks instead of building one from zero.
I want to make an AI agent for my company — what does that take?
Mia Handles bot adaptation is a service where I take an AI assistant that already runs in production — memory, retrieval over your documents, tool calling, Telegram transport, multilingual replies — and reshape it into a business-specific AI agent for your company. The engine, infrastructure, and safety work are reused; what gets built for you are the prompts, the tools it may call, the integrations with your CRM and calendar, and the brand voice it answers in. That is why a custom AI assistant for business starts at $599 and launches in two to three weeks, instead of the several months a from-scratch bot needs before it is trustworthy enough to face customers.
What is reused and what is built for you
Reused from Mia Handles
- → Conversation engine with memory and context
- → Retrieval over your documents and price lists
- → Telegram transport, files, images, voice
- → Multilingual replies and reminder scheduling
Built for your company
- → Prompts and brand voice for your audience
- → Tools the agent may call in your systems
- → CRM, calendar, and internal API integrations
- → Escalation rules, access control, and audit trail
Adaptation packages
Each package is a one-time adaptation fee. Model usage and hosting stay on your own accounts, and ongoing support is quoted on the call.
Support agent
from $599
Answers customer questions from your docs and price list in Telegram, escalates to a human when it is unsure.
Sales and lead qualification
from $899
Qualifies inbound leads, books meetings in your calendar, and writes every conversation into your CRM.
Internal ops agent
from $1,200
Runs shift reports, checklists, and reminders for your team, with role-based access to internal data.
Included in every package
Every adaptation starts from the same production engine and diverges where your business does. I keep the parts that are expensive to get right — conversation state, retrieval, tool calling, file and voice handling, multilingual replies — and rebuild the parts that must be yours. You run the result on your own infrastructure and model keys, so there is no per-seat platform fee and no dependency on my hosting.
Prompt and tool design for your workflow, not a generic template
Retrieval over the documents and price lists you hand over
Deployment on your infrastructure with your own model keys
Two weeks of tuning after launch, based on real conversations
How the adaptation runs
- 01
Map the workflow
We take one real workflow — inbound support, lead qualification, shift reporting — and write down what the agent must answer, what it must never do, and when a human takes over.
- 02
Adapt the engine
Prompts, brand voice, and the tool set are rebuilt for your case on top of the existing engine, then loaded with your documents and price lists.
- 03
Connect your systems
CRM, calendar, and any internal API are wired in, with access scoped so the agent can only touch what it needs.
- 04
Pilot and hand over
A pilot group uses the agent on real traffic while I tune answers from the transcripts. Then you get the keys, the runbook, and two weeks of tuning.
What the agent can plug into
- → CRM — Bitrix24, HubSpot, amoCRM, or a REST API of your own
- → Google Calendar and Google Sheets for bookings and reporting
- → Your knowledge base, price lists, and documents as retrieval sources
- → Telegram first; Slack, WhatsApp, or web widget on request
The engine is already in production
I built and run Mia Handles myself: Java and Spring Boot on the backend, PostgreSQL for conversation state, OpenAI and Anthropic models behind a routing layer, deployed on Kubernetes. Adapting it for your company means starting from code that already handles real traffic, real files, and real edge cases.

Frequently asked questions
I want to make an AI agent for my company in Telegram. Can you just do it?
Yes, and the fastest route is adaptation rather than a new build. Bring one workflow you would hand to an assistant today; on the call we decide which package fits, what the agent may do on its own, and when it must ask a human. Launch is typically two to three weeks from the go-ahead.
Can you adapt Mia Handles for my CRM?
Bitrix24, HubSpot, and amoCRM are straightforward, and anything with a REST API can be connected. The agent reads what it needs to answer and writes back contacts, deals, and conversation summaries, so your CRM stays the single source of truth.
Do you cover construction, real estate, or SaaS support?
Those are the three most common adaptations: quotes and site photos for construction, listings and viewing follow-ups for real estate, and first-line technical answers for SaaS support. The vertical changes the tools and the wording, not the engine.
Custom AI agent or a ready-made bot builder — what should I pick?
A builder is fine for a scripted FAQ tree. Once the agent has to read your documents, decide what to do, call your systems, and be accountable for the answer, you need real code — which is exactly what adaptation gives you without paying for a from-scratch build.
Where does the data live, and who can see it?
On your infrastructure, under your model keys and your privacy terms. Access is scoped per tool, every action is logged, and I do not keep a copy of your documents after handover.
What does it cost to run each month?
Model usage plus a small server — for most support agents that is tens of dollars a month, not hundreds. There is no per-seat licence because the code is yours. Ongoing support and changes are quoted separately, based on how much you expect to change.
What if the agent answers something wrong?
It is built to escalate rather than improvise: outside its documented scope it hands the conversation to a human. During the pilot I review transcripts and tighten prompts and tools until the escalation rate matches what your team is comfortable with.
